Independently oversee sales operations and the order execution process for assigned opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and book all customer orders, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Create necessary parts.
• Enter orders into the Signal system so they appear in the customer’s Hatch platform.
• Generate receiving purchase orders.
• Track direct ship orders and close them when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal account teams as needed to obtain tracking and serial information.
• Add support contract details for assets that require them.
• Review incoming ETA updates and adjust purchase and sales orders as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processes and report them to the Operations Manager.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Monitor email for new requests.
Skills Required
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with the Engineered Solutions Team to improve turnaround times and order accuracy.
• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs to ensure proper order visibility in Hatch.
• Self-starter capable of working independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay focused under pressure.

The compensation range listed reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes base salary and any applicable target bonus. The OTE may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
