What You’ll Do
• Guide end users on best practices for using Veeva applications
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Veeva applications
• Build professional and supportive relationships with all application users
• Offer suggestions for service improvements and product enhancements
• Uphold high standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism
• Keep accurate records of all email, phone, and chat interactions
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency with standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to quickly understand client needs and propose effective solutions
