About Avalere Health
Driven by a shared mission to reach every patient possible, Avalere Health is dedicated to ensuring all patients are identified, treated, supported, and cared for equitably. Our Advisory, Medical, and Marketing teams collaborate intentionally to create powerful, unconventional connections that move us toward a future where healthcare is accessible and no patient is overlooked.
Fulfilling this mission begins with offering meaningful, purpose-led careers that enable our teams to make a real impact on patient lives. We foster a culture where employees can bring their full selves to work, drawing on diverse perspectives and skills to help make a difference for patients everywhere.
Our flexible work model lets teams choose whether to work from home or in the office, based on client and team needs. Major hubs in London, Manchester, Washington, D.C., and New York—along with smaller global offices—provide collaborative spaces when needed. Remote workers receive equal support, including dedicated social opportunities and resources.
Our inclusive culture is central to who we are. We actively support employees through six Employee Network Groups: Diverse Ability, Family, Gender, LGBTQ+, Mental Health, and Race/Ethnicity. These groups create space for connection, learning, and events that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Fertility Friendly employer, we offer a fertility policy, enhanced parental leave, and flexible working options to support employees along their family-planning journeys.
We invest in professional development through daily career opportunities, extensive on-demand training, regular career discussions, and the chance to pursue global or cross-functional roles.
As part of the Disability Confident Scheme, we ensure fair interviews for applicants with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or neurodiversity. Applicants may request any adjustments needed.
Our “Magnet, Not Mandate” philosophy means there is no required office attendance, though we value in-person collaboration when it matters. Primary hiring areas include Philadelphia, New York City, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Toronto, with exceptional candidates elsewhere also considered.
