How You’ll Make an Impact
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will increase pipeline transparency, improve forecast accuracy, and accelerate deal movement while maintaining high-quality data and scalable GTM processes. You will manage key operational cadences and support initiatives that enhance visibility, efficiency, and performance across go-to-market teams.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will combine strategic thinking with strong execution to build predictable processes, provide insights for decision-making, and develop scalable systems that help our GTM teams operate effectively. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align data, processes, and reporting to drive speed and accuracy across the GTM function.
What You’ll Do as Manager, Revenue Operations
GTM Forecasting
• Lead core operating processes such as weekly forecast reviews, pipeline assessments, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Strengthen data models and workflows to boost forecast precision and reliability.
• Uphold stage definitions, engagement rules, and CRM data standards.
GTM Insights and Reporting
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and metrics that guide leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Improve analytics and reporting structures to monitor key sales trends and metrics, and give sales leaders actionable insights.
• Produce insights for executive-level presentations such as QBRs, board materials, and recurring reviews.
• Partner with the Analytics team to maintain clean, consistent data and enhance self-service reporting.
Revenue Strategy and Planning
• Work with Sales, Finance, and Marketing on bookings planning, including target setting and capacity modeling.
• Support quota distribution and assist with compensation planning and analysis.
• Contribute to annual goal-setting and major strategic initiatives through reporting, monitoring, and insight generation.
Deal Desk
• Oversee process governance and manage the quote-to-close process.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Pricing, and Sales leadership to ensure policy alignment.
• Monitor and report on deal desk results and policy exceptions.
Business Partnering
• Foster alignment among leadership to ensure smooth GTM execution.
• Continuously refine and optimize processes, tools, and policies.
• Support the evaluation, integration, and improvement of sales technology tools, including AI-driven platforms that enhance productivity and insights.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or similar roles, ideally in Fintech or SaaS.
• Strategic mindset: Able to evaluate outcomes, measure marketing effectiveness, and connect daily work to broader sales and marketing goals.
• Strong follow-through: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and able to complete work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative approach: Confident yet humble, skilled at driving positive change, and able to communicate effectively across Finance and GTM teams.
• Data proficiency: Strong Excel modeling ability and experience with modern BI tools (such as Tableau). Able to interpret data, derive insights, and handle sensitive compensation information with care.
• Technical expertise: Deep experience with Salesforce and other GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Calendly.
Salary range: $120,000–$140,000 annually.
