We’re seeking an exceptional QA Analyst to join our team.

Who you are
You’re an inquisitive, proactive quality engineer who understands what users expect from digital products that look polished, feel intuitive, and work flawlessly. You’re comfortable switching between manual and automated testing, and precision is second nature to you. You have a strong instinct for finding bugs and take pride in your ability to uncover, isolate, and help resolve them. You have solid judgment when it comes to software quality and can confidently assess impact, identify risks, and make recommendations to your team based on test results and acceptance criteria. You care deeply about users and strive to make their experiences as smooth as possible. Above all, you’re a self-motivated contributor who excels with independence and minimal supervision.

What you will do
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to fully understand product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop thorough test plans and test cases for both web and mobile, using a mix of manual and automated methods and choosing the right approach for each situation.
• Frequently run manual and automated tests focused on functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility, while documenting and sharing your findings.
• Write clear, actionable bug reports that detail reproduction steps and assess impact for stakeholders.
• Support ongoing releases by performing regression testing to maintain software stability and catch new issues early.
• Stay current on testing tools, methods, and best practices, and help bring new ideas into the QA discipline at Livefront.
• Champion user-first design by ensuring every experience meets high-quality standards.
• Conduct accessibility testing based on WCAG and Livefront’s internal guidelines to ensure products perform well for all users.

• You want to work on products with significant reach and impact.
• You care about details, quality, and going the extra mile.

What you bring
• 3–5 years of relevant QA experience, ideally in consulting or on a cross-functional product team.
• Experience designing and executing testing strategies for consumer web and mobile apps, including both manual and automated testing.
• Strong instincts for identifying defects and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Deep familiarity with modern development tools, practices, and workflows.

• Proven accessibility testing experience and understanding of WCAG standards.
• Knowledge of current testing tools and industry best practices.
• A strong commitment to delivering a top-tier user experience.
