We’re seeking an exceptional QA Analyst to join our team.

Who you are
You’re an inquisitive, proactive quality engineer who deeply understands what users expect from polished, intuitive digital products. You’re comfortable balancing both manual and automated testing, with an unwavering eye for detail. You instinctively spot bugs and take pride in your ability to uncover, isolate, and help resolve them. You have strong judgment, can assess impact, and confidently advise teammates and stakeholders based on test results, acceptance criteria, and identified risks. You care about users and strive to make their experience as smooth as possible. Most of all, you’re a self-starter who excels with independence and minimal supervision.

What you will be doing
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop thorough test plans and test cases for web and mobile products, using the right mix of manual and automated testing for each situation.
• Regularly run both manual and automated tests covering functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility, and clearly document your findings.
• Write clear, actionable bug reports with detailed steps and impact summaries.
• Support the release process through ongoing regression testing to maintain product stability.
• Stay current with modern testing tools and practices, and help shape the QA discipline at Livefront.
• Champion user-focused design by ensuring the user experience is fully tested and meets high standards.
• Conduct accessibility testing following WCAG and internal guidelines to ensure products serve a wide range of users.

Why you should apply

• You want to work on products and accounts with significant reach and impact.
• You care about craftsmanship, quality, and going the extra mile.

What you bring
• 3–5 years of relevant QA experience, ideally in consulting or on a cross-functional product team.
• Experience designing and executing testing strategies for consumer-facing web and mobile apps, across both manual and automated approaches.
• Strong instincts for identifying defects and a quick ability to learn new technologies.
• Solid knowledge of modern development practices, tools, and workflows.
• Practical experience building and maintaining automated test suites for mobile apps using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest, or for web apps using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience using HTTP debugging proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Proxyman.
• Proven accessibility testing experience and strong familiarity with WCAG.
• Knowledge of current testing tools, methods, and best practices.
• A passion for high-quality user experiences and user‑centered design.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach.
• Strong organization and discipline.
• A drive for continuous personal and professional growth.
• A clear passion for the craft of software testing and development.

Bonus points if you
• Have programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, Swift, Kotlin, or C#.
• Have experience automating API tests using tools like Postman.
• Have worked with WebdriverIO.
• Have tested AI‑driven applications or developed testing strategies for products with non‑deterministic behavior.
• Understand CI/CD pipelines and have integrated automated tests into them.
• Write, speak, or teach publicly about technology or testing topics.
