Powered by AI and built for scale, we are removing barriers, closing gaps in care, and enabling a more intelligent, connected, and personalized healthcare experience.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Telehealth Clinical Operations to build and expand the clinical operational systems that enable Everlywell’s telehealth services. This leader will serve as the operational cornerstone of our expanding telehealth ecosystem, working closely with Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to create a cohesive, high-performing telehealth organization capable of supporting the business through 2026 and beyond.

This role will focus on unifying and improving clinical workflows across platforms, developing dynamic scheduling and network optimization capabilities, and driving excellence across our multidisciplinary provider network and support teams. The ideal candidate has significant experience scaling telehealth or virtual care operations, including familiarity with regulatory requirements and high-volume care delivery environments.

Telehealth Platform Strategy and Operations Responsibilities:
• Create a scalable operational framework that can support rapid growth and new care offerings.
• Lead the design, rollout, and enhancement of Everly’s telehealth platform.
• Manage and streamline platform and vendor partnerships.
• Develop and optimize dynamic scheduling, provider capacity models, and network performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap planning to ensure clinically sound and scalable workflows.

Cross-Functional Leadership Responsibilities:
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to deliver smooth, end-to-end telehealth workflows and system integrations.
• Implement AI-driven solutions with appropriate safeguards and oversight.
• Partner with commercial and business leaders to ensure telehealth infrastructure aligns with growth projections and partner requirements.

Clinical Quality and Compliance Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain processes that promote strong clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and accurate risk adjustment.
• Strengthen clinician training and embed quality controls into operational workflows.
• Work with clinical leadership to align care delivery, documentation expectations, and performance standards.
• Maintain relevant accreditations when applicable.

Practice Management Responsibilities:
• Operate within a multi-entity provider group structure across all states, ensuring licensure, credentialing, CPOM compliance, and practice policies are embedded in systems and workflows.
• Establish provider performance scorecards, NPS and quality review processes, and license-tracking systems, integrating them with scheduling to prevent service interruptions.
• Build foundational processes, documentation, and systems where they do not yet exist.
• Identify operational weaknesses and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve them.
• Promote ongoing improvement in scheduling, provider management, consult workflows, and care delivery quality.

Qualifications:
• More than 10 years of experience in telehealth, virtual care operations, care delivery operations, or related healthcare leadership roles.
• Experience building or scaling telehealth workflows, scheduling infrastructure, or care delivery systems.
• Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations, accreditation standards such as NCQA, clinician oversight, and payer and coding environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on operational work.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for enhancing care delivery through technology, automation, and clinical excellence.
