As a Home Delivery Driver for Mom’s Meals, you play a key role in making sure customers receive their meals for the week. You’ll load and unload prepacked meal boxes from designated cold storage locations and deliver them to customers’ homes. Prompt, friendly service is essential and reflects the company’s core values.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Monthly bonus available
Includes one overnight trip each week on Thursday, with meals and hotel provided.

Job responsibilities include:
• Safely operating the company vehicle and following all traffic laws
• Loading meals into the vehicle from the cold storage facility
• Delivering meals to clients, often inside their homes
• Calling clients when delivery issues arise or when required in your area
• Accurately recording deliveries using the MMHD delivery app
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service
• Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment safely
• Reporting equipment issues or vehicle damage promptly
• Assisting with vehicle and driver audits
• Ensuring all deliveries meet established procedures

Required skills and experience:
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong driving record
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
• Ability to use a smartphone
• Comfortable using GPS navigation
• Basic math skills
• Ability to drive in diverse weather and traffic conditions
• Ability to work in varying weather
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR review

Preferred experience:
• Prior delivery experience

Physical requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
• Adequate vision, including depth and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to perform repetitive movements
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments
