The GTM Operations & Strategy team collaborates with our go-to-market organizations—Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support—to drive revenue. The Foundations Team focuses on high-impact initiatives that enhance the data, systems, and processes behind our GTM strategy. As a Sales Ops Associate on this team, you will partner with GTM stakeholders and the GTM Systems team to build and continually refine core go-to-market processes.
Responsibilities include owning key sales operations workflows such as territory management, reviewing Closed-Won deals, managing sales headcount and hierarchy, and more. You will deliver both live and documented enablement on CRM- and systems-related processes, regularly assess and improve GTM systems and workflows, and work with GTM partners to identify and close gaps in data, systems, and processes to help accelerate revenue.
Qualifications include 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Operations at a tech company or startup, basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, and the ability to develop strong analytical skills. You should be willing to learn SQL and other data analysis tools, have familiarity with Salesforce (with platforms like Clay or Gong as a plus), communicate effectively, and consistently seek opportunities for improvement.
The salary range for this role is $122,400 to $156,000 per year in Zone 1, with actual pay varying by location. Additional compensation may include equity or commissions, and Plaid offers comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Pay and benefits may change based on company policies and individual factors like experience, skills, and responsibilities.
