We’re searching for an outstanding CRM Executive to join Team Blue.
Gopuff aims to become the leading platform for rapid delivery of everyday essentials, and the CRM team is central to reaching that goal. We need a commercially focused, technically skilled CRM Executive who can boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data-backed campaigns.
You’ll support the full delivery of multi-channel CRM initiatives—including email, push, and in‑app—partnering closely with growth, trading, and analytics teams to ensure every communication has impact.

You will:
• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and in‑app—from planning and segmentation to delivery, quality checks, and reporting.
• Use customer and behavioral insights to tailor messaging and enhance customer journeys across lifecycle stages such as new, returning, and lapsed.
• Work with commercial and category teams to align CRM efforts with key moments and promotions.
• Build and refine automated journeys, leveraging decision splits, delays, entry and exit rules, and dynamic content.
• Craft compelling, on-brand copy for various customer segments to boost engagement.
• Assist with A/B tests and experimentation to improve open rates, clicks, and conversions.
• Track campaign performance, produce insights, and share learnings to guide future strategy.
• Support the CRM Lead in testing and rolling out new CRM features and automation enhancements.
You have:
• One to two years of experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing (ideally in e‑commerce, retail, or quick commerce).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Customer.io.
• Strong data confidence for audience segmentation and campaign analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in driving key business metrics.
• Strong writing and collaboration skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email adjustments.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing customer journeys.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• A creative approach to copy and content that resonates with customers.
