What’s the opportunity?
As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will work within a fast‑changing business environment and partner across teams to provide strategic financial insights that shape our financial direction. Your skills and the visibility you’ll have with our leadership team will allow you to grow and unlock your full potential.
What will you be doing?
• Lead budget planning, development, and oversight throughout the company.
• Work closely with finance and other internal teams to strengthen executive reporting and ensure accurate financial forecasts.
• Perform monthly analyses comparing actual results to budget and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare financial reports.
• Analyze profitability and perform detailed margin reviews.
• Support the preparation of management reports.
What skills do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in FP&A, multinational companies, or the payments industry is preferred. Knowledge of budgeting and ZBB is a plus.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence tools to effectively communicate insights and analyze data.
• Excellent financial and analytical capabilities to support informed decisions.
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Spanish is a plus.
