Remote Customer Service Representative – Puerto Rico

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently
– Access and provide information on cardholder accounts, including payments and benefits from government agencies
– Assist with transaction and account inquiries
– Listen actively and provide accurate, clear information
– Process transactions and research requests using web-based tools
– Stay informed on company and client policies, programs, and systems
– Communicate empathetically while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance
– Support team operations during peak periods or staff absences
Ideal Candidate:
– Strong communicator who can explain complex topics clearly
– Professional with a solid work ethic and problem-solving abilities
– Customer service-oriented and skilled at multitasking across various systems
– Committed to full attendance during the 3–5 week paid training period
Basic Requirements:
– At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch roles
– Fluent in English
– Must pass background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
– Reliable, secure high-speed internet connection
– Dedicated home workspace with desk, chair, power outlet, and direct LAN connection
– Company-provided computer equipment
– Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
– Must reside in Puerto Rico and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualification:
– Over one year of previous call center experience
