Scheduling is more than assigning people to shifts. It’s about finding the balance that helps businesses grow while giving teams a healthier work/life rhythm.

At Planday from Xero, we’re working with Agentic AI to create a future where managers can easily reclaim valuable time for their teams and their business. We’re not just developing software; we’re committed to making shift work more human and turning work/life balance from a privilege into an achievable standard for all shift workers. Our advanced technology is built to help people reach their full potential, both professionally and personally.

Founded in 2004 and based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Planday now supports hundreds of thousands of users worldwide in creating better schedules.

To ensure new customers can get the most out of Planday from day one, our Customer Onboarding Team helps them tailor their platform setup to their specific workflows.

In this position, you’ll work from our Copenhagen headquarters or our Oslo office as part of a seven-person team focused on customers in the Scandinavian markets. This is a 12‑month fixed-term role, ending in May 2026.

What you’ll do:
• Manage international portfolios of shift-based businesses, with a primary focus on Norwegian customers.
• Help customers gain the knowledge they need to streamline scheduling and HR processes.
• Guide new customers through custom implementations, product setup, and ongoing support.
• Represent customer needs internally to our product and engineering teams.
• Monitor onboarding customers for their first 12 months, track their engagement, and help reduce churn.

What you’ll bring:
• Professional fluency in English and Norwegian.
• At least one year of experience in Customer Support, Onboarding, or a leadership role in one of our key industries.
• A good understanding of IT system logic and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• A proactive, creative, respectful, and curious mindset, with strong time‑management skills.
• The ability to work independently while sharing knowledge and successes with the team.
• Bonus points for additional languages or experience with Planday or other workforce management tools.

What we offer:
• Benefits including pension, health insurance, generous vacation, and inclusive parental support.
• Participation in an Employee Share Plan in addition to your base salary.
• Opportunities for growth and development.
• Flexible remote working options.
• A strong social culture with plenty of team and company events.
• Work that matters—every Plandayer helps improve the lives of shift workers globally.
• A healthy work-life balance and autonomy in how you work, rooted in trust.

Our offices are more than just places to work—they’re welcoming spaces where everyone is encouraged and supported to be themselves.

We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for innovation and a thriving workplace, and we value the unique strengths people from different backgrounds bring.

As an equal opportunity employer, we work to ensure a fair experience for all candidates. Let us know if you need any accommodations during the application or interview process.

All applicants are welcome, and hiring decisions are made without consideration of personal characteristics.
