About the Role:
As a Search Quality Rater, you will help improve search engine results by ensuring users receive the most accurate and relevant information. Your work will influence the development of AI algorithms, making search tools smarter and more intuitive. You don’t need to be a data specialist, but your observations will help enhance search accuracy and support a better online experience.
This role is a great fit if you’re curious about how search engines operate and enjoy reviewing information to improve user experience. It requires strong attention to detail, solid analytical skills, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review search result performance and offer insights on relevance and quality.
– Assess and rate how effectively search results meet user needs.
– Provide suggestions to help improve algorithm accuracy.
– Perform quality checks to ensure search results are optimized.
– Report on trends and identify areas needing improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Native-level American English proficiency with an understanding of U.S. culture and online trends.
– Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
– Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
– Reliable internet connection and a comfortable home workspace.
Ideal Candidate:
– Experience in AI, search evaluation, or data analysis is helpful but not required.
– Comfortable using online search engines and keeping up with digital trends.
– Enjoys giving feedback and helping improve digital tools.
– Background in SEO or data analysis is a plus.
– Looking for a flexible remote role that fits around other responsibilities.
