In this position, you will help create a smooth, thoughtful, and inclusive candidate experience by arranging interviews, handling candidate communication, and assisting with onboarding tasks. We’re seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and eager to contribute to a people-centered recruiting function. You will work closely with recruiters and partners across the organization to help maintain an efficient hiring process and gain exposure to top-tier talent practices at a leading digital marketing agency.
