What The Role Involves:
• Support the accounts payable function by handling invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Manage accounts receivable tasks such as billing, collections, and customer account reconciliations to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify ways to optimise costs and increase revenue.
• Contribute to financial audits by preparing required documentation, coordinating with auditors, and addressing audit observations.
• Provide assistance with financial and tax due diligence as needed.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic projects and key decision‑making.

What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; ACCA candidates are preferred.
• 1–6+ months of experience in finance or accounting, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial operations.
• Proficiency with Zoho Books or QuickBooks, and familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and industry best practices.
• Experience with financial audits and due diligence, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact confidently with stakeholders.
