You will oversee the administration and ongoing enhancement of Coupa, our spend management platform.

What you will do:
• Provide both functional and technical administration for Coupa, our Procure‑to‑Pay system
• Oversee and maintain the Coupa platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and all system configurations and customizations
• Set up workflows and business rules to automate procurement processes
• Handle onboarding of new vendors and maintain the vendor database
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Coupa
• Lead the full process of analysis, testing, and execution for Coupa updates. Review major releases and assess their impact
• Offer continuous support to internal users on Coupa functionality
• Engage with the Coupa Community to gather insights, identify opportunities, and implement new features
• Work closely with global leaders at all levels to resolve issues, remove obstacles, improve processes, and support strategic goals
• Create, update, and deliver training materials for administrators and employees

Who you are:
• Required:
• At least two years of experience supporting purchasing, sourcing, accounts payable, accounting, or related systems
• Experience with an accounting ERP system
• Experience leading user acceptance testing, adoption, and training
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time and priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and motivation to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas)

• Preferred:
• Hands‑on experience as a Coupa Administrator
• Knowledge of procurement processes, including the procurement lifecycle, purchase order management, requisitioning, sourcing, and supplier management
• Experience with the NetSuite ERP system

€2,000–€2,250 per month, EUR gross.

Geography may also influence the final offer, though not all locations can be accommodated. As a result, compensation may vary. The above salary range reflects the gross monthly amount for this role and depends on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
