Role
The Community Manager will manage, engage, and grow our online community. They will be responsible for creating content and overseeing communication across social media platforms.
Tasks
• Develop, plan, and execute communication and social media campaigns and strategies.
• Produce engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
• Respond to comments.
• Coordinate with the marketing and public relations teams.
• Stay informed about digital trends.
Qualifications
• Technical degree or bachelor’s in communication, marketing, business, languages, or an equivalent field with a strong interest in communication and digital media.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Additional training in office tools and digital communication.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
• Comfortable interacting with various internal teams such as product development and marketing, as well as external partners.
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance.
• Available to intervene remotely outside working hours when needed.
• Strong listening skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
