The Logistics team handles logistics-focused responsibilities, including secondary services, transportation, high-priority requests, and tailored pilot programs that evaluate feasibility and scalability. The team ensures that all logistics operations are well-coordinated so vehicles are transported efficiently, on time, and cost-effectively.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are delivered promptly and smoothly, with a strong focus on secondary services and other logistics duties such as managing chats and phone calls. You will oversee service completion from start to finish and resolve escalated issues while maintaining clear, consistent communication with customers, service providers, and insurance adjusters.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and logistics tasks, manage escalations, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Handle inbound calls, tasks, chats, and other essential Logistics team functions.
• Adapt to changes in the work environment, handle unexpected situations, and accept coaching to align with team policies and procedures.
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide level 2 support to specialists, including managing escalated calls and overseeing services when needed.
• Escalate concerns in real time, including performance issues, morale-related problems, and HR matters.
• Oversee the full service lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and resolution of any issues.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

• Customer-facing experience, including resolving issues by phone.
• Strong empathy and understanding when interacting with HONK customers, clients, team members, and partners.
• Ability to calmly and professionally assess customer concerns and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Leadership qualities, including clear communication of operational processes and a commitment to team success.
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally and remain composed under pressure.

Additional Requirements
• A private, distraction-free workspace where confidentiality can be maintained.
• Internet service with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps download and 2.5 Mbps upload.
Compensation for this role ranges from $16 to $18 per hour and is influenced by various factors such as location, skills, experience, and job-specific knowledge. As a total compensation company, HONK may offer bonuses and other forms of additional compensation, along with comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the role.
