The Role
Veeva’s Vault CDMS platform is reshaping how clinical trials are conducted, and we want you to be part of that change. We are seeking a Biometrics Project Manager with strong customer focus and a passion for helping clients improve how they manage clinical trial processes, data, and content through our CDB product. Veeva CDB unifies and standardizes data from all sources, giving customers fast access to clean, structured data. With simplified integrations, research teams can now make quicker, more informed decisions.

This senior‑level position requires deep Biometrics expertise, customer‑centric project management skills, and strong problem‑solving abilities to lead large‑scale global cloud software implementations for Veeva CDB. You will provide governance at all levels and guide a consulting team through an enterprise implementation.

This is not a typical project management role. We are looking for exceptional talent in leadership and project execution—someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment. If you are skilled at building strong relationships, aligning strategies, and working in technical, dynamic settings, this role may be a great fit.

This is a remote position available across the United States. Candidates should be located near an airport and able to travel as needed. Qualified U.S. candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
• Work with CDB leadership and CDMS Project Managers to define and implement project management methods for delivering CDB Services
• Oversee CDB Services projects to ensure services are delivered on time and with high customer satisfaction
• Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders and address their CDB needs
• Lead governance and collaborate across internal and customer teams throughout all Vault CDB implementation phases
• Manage daily project operations and administration, enabling your team to focus on solution design, prototyping, configuration, training, and documentation
• Mentor CDB Services team members and identify opportunities for development
• Proactively manage risks, anticipate challenges, and define mitigation plans; communicate clearly and conduct post‑project reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular updates on project status, metrics, and deliverables, tailored to key stakeholders

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience leading teams working with EDC/CDMS clinical software in data management or managing Biometrics service projects in a CRO or Sponsor setting
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and technical teams with excellent communication skills
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
• Confidence in guiding customers and internal teams and advocating for project needs
• Proven history of meeting timelines and deliverables with strong attention to detail, process, deadlines, and quality
• Ability to travel up to 30% (currently no travel due to COVID)

Perks & Benefits
• Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance
• Flexible PTO and company‑paid holidays
• Retirement plans
• 1% charitable giving program

Compensation
• Base salary: $85,000–$150,000
• This range complies with local laws and represents the possible base salary for this position. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on experience and location. Compensation is tailored to each candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected impact. Additional compensation, such as bonuses or stock, may be included.
