We’re currently recruiting a Pre-Planning Sales Representative for our client, a modern funeral home serving families across Southern California. If you excel in relationship-driven sales and are passionate about helping people prepare for the future, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
As a Pre-Planning Sales Representative, you’ll help families plan for future funeral and cremation needs with care and professionalism. Your main responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Educating families on the importance of pre-planning and guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Building trust and long-term relationships while confidently addressing objections.
• Managing a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
• Using calls, texts, and emails to engage leads and support their decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated, empathetic, and persuasive sales professionals who thrive in a remote, independent work environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Sales experience (required). Experience in relationship-based sales—such as real estate, insurance, wealth management, or memberships—is a strong advantage.
• A confident, persuasive communication style with proven closing skills (required).
• Strong spoken and written English (required).
• Availability to work PST hours (required).
• A stable internet connection and dependable computer setup (required).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• A positive, professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
