A typical day as a Call Center Vacation Planner includes:
• Making outbound and possibly inbound calls to customers and potential owners to promote and sell preview packages and tours, explaining available opportunities, and answering questions.
• Confirming that individuals meet eligibility requirements before scheduling a tour at an HVC property.
• Encouraging guests or callers to purchase or book preview packages or tours.
• Explaining the details and requirements of attending a sales presentation.
• Checking accommodation availability and dates, and offering alternatives when needed.
• Providing professional and timely interactions with colleagues and guests.
• Supporting team goals.
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Following all company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements to become a Call Center Vacation Planner:
• Ability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to use multiple computer systems at once and strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• May require background and drug screening based on company policy and legal guidelines.
