Responsibilities
• Contribute to the brand design team by creating illustrations and icons that represent Binance’s global identity across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with senior illustrators and team leads to build a cohesive illustration library
• Work closely with internal design teams to produce illustrations for campaigns, events, and other initiatives
• Stay updated on emerging illustration trends and participate in internal discussions on illustration practices

Requirements
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience with strong design sensibilities
• Fluency in English to work effectively with international teams; additional languages are a plus
• Extensive illustration experience and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
• Background in the crypto or fintech industry is an advantage
• Creative AI skills are a plus
