The Role
Be part of Veeva’s effort to build the industry cloud for life sciences. We are launching a modern cloud solution that enhances laboratory efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes. You will work with customers to implement one of Veeva’s newest Quality Cloud products: Veeva LIMS.

If you are enthusiastic about delivering innovative technology and have fresh ideas for successful GxP software implementations, this role offers the opportunity to help clients adopt new products effectively.

This is a full-time remote position based in Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru. It is a customer-facing role, and you may work from any location close to an airport and able to meet future travel needs.

What You’ll Do
• Contribute to projects at life sciences companies by designing, configuring, and deploying Veeva Quality Cloud applications, with a focus on Veeva LIMS
• Lead requirement workshops, including design, prototyping, configuration, and solution delivery
• Ensure customer success throughout the full engagement lifecycle

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems in the life sciences industry
• Strong technical skills to understand business needs and translate them into solution designs
• Proven ability to lead customers and support a collaborative team environment
• Experience in stakeholder management, critical thinking, complex technical communication, and a strong commitment to client success
• Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to Have
• Knowledge of business requirements, scientific data, compliance needs, and processes for laboratory information management, life sciences compliance, or computer systems validation
• Experience implementing, configuring, or administering LIMS for life sciences as a consultant or business/IT representative
• Hands-on experience with systems such as LabWare, LabVantage, StarLIMS, SampleManager, BIOVIA, Caliber LIMS, IDBS, Nugenesis, Empower, ELN, LIS, or LES systems in the life sciences domain
• Experience with LIMS master data, data migration, configuration, validation, integration, and training in the life sciences industry
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based systems is a plus
