As part of the Cookie Crew, you’re the ultimate Insomniac—serving as the main point of contact for customers at the front of the store while also baking our amazing warm, delicious cookies.

What you’ll do as a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet guests quickly and take orders following company procedures
• Help customers navigate the menu, answer questions, and verify order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and prepare ice cream scoops
• Package and send out delivery orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and payments correctly with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

Desired skills and experience:
• At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Strong commitment to customer service and exceeding guest expectations
• Solid communication, organization, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40-pound boxes
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
