WHAT WE OFFER

Top‑tier compensation — $60K–$72K per year based on experience, results, and location
Performance bonuses — earn 20–40% extra
Remote flexibility without the grind — just maintain at least 3 hours of overlap with EST (evenings if you’re in Asia)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Designer, you’ll work with the Head of Growth and collaborate with copywriters, videographers, media buyers, and the rest of the creative team to produce high‑impact marketing assets.

Your responsibilities include:

Designing Facebook ads, landing pages, and funnel graphics to increase leads and conversions
Creating effective postcards and offline marketing pieces
Designing assets for lead generation funnels, including quizzes and downloadable resources
Developing visually compelling slides for webinars, workshops, and events
Reviewing performance data to improve creative output

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re skilled with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar — and your portfolio shows you can create visuals that stop the scroll and drive results.
You make creative decisions using data, not guesswork.
You take initiative, bring ideas, and constantly strive to improve.
You’re detail‑oriented and deliver polished, on‑brand work.
You collaborate well with others and thrive in a team focused on winning together.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in marketing‑focused design (ads, landing pages, direct mail, events)
A strong portfolio showcasing high‑converting designs, especially ads
Experience in the info‑product or biz‑op space is a bonus
