Getlabs is the premier platform for at-home diagnostic services. As a Patient Experience Representative, your main responsibility is making outbound calls to doctors to obtain lab orders for our patients. The company depends on you to secure as many orders as possible to prevent reschedules and cancellations. We need someone who works hard and takes pride in delivering great results. You will also handle inbound calls and manage Zendesk tickets. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM PST.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Tuesdays and Saturdays off)

Weekdays: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM PST
Sundays: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST

Training and onboarding: For the first 2–3 weeks, you will work Monday through Friday to receive proper training before transitioning to the weekend schedule.

Compensation is $17 per hour and is non-negotiable.

At Getlabs, you will:
• Manage Zendesk tickets from patients about appointments, issues, and missing results
• Make multiple outbound calls and send follow-up emails to resolve patient concerns
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, text, email, and chat
• Coordinate with physicians to obtain lab orders
• Troubleshoot and resolve patient issues quickly and professionally
• Work with local teams to support mobile specialists and keep patients updated

What we’re looking for:
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Tech-savvy, efficient, and self-driven
• Ability to complete at least 11 tickets per hour with high-quality work
• Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping patients
• Experience processing or reviewing lab orders
• Ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Friendly, personable, and comfortable communicating across multiple channels
• A quiet remote workspace and reliable internet

We offer excellent benefits to support you so you can do your best work:
• $17 per hour
• Stock options for full-time employees
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees
• Paid time off
• A company with a big mission, a dynamic work culture, and a team of talented, driven, and enjoyable colleagues
