Job Description:

This position is responsible for the performance, reliability, and user adoption of the company’s Siemens Teamcenter PLM and NX CAD ecosystem—ensuring engineering data, CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and released product definitions remain accurate, traceable, and compliant throughout the aircraft product lifecycle. You will lead the Configuration Management function and act as the system owner for Teamcenter/NX configuration, integrations, governance, and ongoing improvement.

What you’ll do:
• Serve as the end‑to‑end owner of PLM/CAD configuration, system reliability, and user engagement for Teamcenter and NX.
• Work with stakeholders to design, enforce, and refine change control processes (ECR/ECO workflows, revision rules, release statuses, baselines, traceability) to support disciplined engineering releases.
• Administer and configure Teamcenter, including roles, permissions, licensing, user access, data structures, workflows, and system settings, to maintain efficient and high‑quality operations.
• Own NX CAD standards and templates, including modeling and drawing conventions, title blocks, metadata, start parts, and release package expectations, ensuring consistent authoring and effective downstream use.
• Manage PLM integrations and data flow between Teamcenter, ERP, and other tools, defining data ownership, resolving issues, and driving improvements with IT and vendors.
• Maintain access to current technical standards (ISO/ASTM/MIL/SAE/IPC) and ensure the organization’s internal references remain up to date.

Required qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in CAD/PLM administration, Configuration Management, or related roles within a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
• Deep expertise in Teamcenter configuration and administration, including data models, workflows, access control, and release structures.
• Strong knowledge of NX CAD, including the deployment of CAD standards and optimization of user workflows.
• Proven ability to own engineering change control processes, coordinate stakeholders, and design, implement, and enforce effective workflows.
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and auditable procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without compromising configuration integrity.

Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Familiarity with SAE EIA‑649 and MIL‑HDBK‑61B.
• Certifications such as CM2, CCMP, CPCM, PMP, or similar.
• Experience with PLM‑ERP/MRP integrations, workflow automation, and structured rollout and testing processes.

$152,802 – $229,202 per year

Full‑time regular employee package:

Salary within the listed range + temporary benefits (after 60 days)
