OUR ORIGIN STORY
SkySlope began in 2011 as an idea at our CEO’s kitchen table, launched by him and two others. Based in Sacramento, California, we’ve grown beyond our original three offices, and many of our nearly 150 team members now work from locations across the United States. Today, those employees support almost 300,000 users in 5,000 offices throughout the country and in Canada, including 8 of the 15 largest real estate brokerages nationwide.
Although we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we know there’s still much more to accomplish as leaders in our industry. Our growth is driven by our commitment to creating innovative software that improves the real estate experience. Achieving that requires hiring people who think creatively *and* bring ideas to life. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to welcome individuals who embody this mindset, along with empathy, collaboration, and a strong sense of urgency. If you want to do meaningful work alongside an exceptional team, you’ve found the right place.
SKYSLOPE’S CORE VALUES
These principles shaped our journey and will guide our future. They apply to every part of life and business. Our core values, in no particular order, are: Awareness, Execution, Obsession, Ownership, Humility, Radical Candor, Urgency, Greatness, Inches, and Fun.
