Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is experiencing rapid growth. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for selecting, scanning, and packing their assigned portion of each customer’s order as it moves along the line, ensuring the work is done safely and efficiently. This is a fast-paced role that requires working in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift.

Hours and Pay
2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM, starting at $18.00 per hour
3rd shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, 10 PM to 6 AM, starting at $18.50 per hour

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Select the correct items for cooler boxes, scan them accurately, and pack your portion of each customer order
• Follow strict safety, quality, and production standards
• Maintain strong attention to detail, including reading labels and selecting the correct products
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Consistently produce high-quality work
• Move products between locations in accordance with food safety and sanitation rules
• Assist with general cleaning
• Work inside a large warehouse kept between 34–40 degrees (gloves are provided)

Required Skills and Experience:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand or walk for 8–10 hours
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and/or overtime
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic reading skills required
• Must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse distribution or similar experience

Physical Requirements:
• Regular use of hands to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; ability to reach with hands and arms
• Frequent standing, speaking, and listening
• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Visual abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Ability to perform repetitive movements
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold or hot)
