The Role
Wpromote is growing its Creative Brand advertising team and seeking a Senior Art Director to help elevate our creative output. In this role, you will develop and deliver visually engaging, intelligent, authentic, and culturally resonant brand stories that stand out and capture audience attention. You’ll work closely with Copywriters, Designers, Motion teams, Strategists, and others to produce sharp, effective work. You should feel confident pitching new business, presenting ideas to clients, and producing high-level creative that makes an impact.
You’ll get extra consideration if you’re part of an existing creative team with a Senior Copywriter, but it’s not required.

The expected salary range for this position is $95,000–$115,000, depending on factors like skills, experience, education, certifications, market conditions, scope of responsibility, location, and state exemption thresholds. The full compensation package includes the benefits above.

*This role can be performed remotely from most U.S. states, with a few exceptions.
Although remote flexibility is available, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York where you can work onsite, collaborate, attend development events, and enjoy team activities.

You Will Be
– Concepting, developing, and producing bold, visually impactful ad campaigns for major global brands.
– Managing multiple clients and projects at once, including supporting new business and internal initiatives.
– Creating sharp, engaging, culturally relevant brand messaging.
– Partnering with Art Directors, Designers, Motion teams, Producers, and Strategists to push creative excellence.
– Working cross-functionally with Media, Client Services, and Project Management to keep work aligned with briefs, timelines, and goals.
– Pitching and presenting creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients, from brand managers to CMOs.
– Developing adaptable, brand-specific copy across platforms and funnel stages.
– Staying ahead of trends in marketing, culture, and design to ensure work feels fresh and unexpected.
– Collaborating with directors, photographers, editors, and production teams to bring campaigns to life across media.
You Must Have
– 7+ years as an Art Director at a top creative agency with experience across industries.
– A portfolio of award-winning, full-funnel, brand-led work demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design.
– A passion for culturally relevant, visually striking creative that builds brands.
– A track record of pitching and winning new business and confidently presenting work.
– Hands-on production experience, including managing shoots and working with directors, editors, and producers.
– Ability to ideate at a high level and execute design details including typography, layout, and composition.
– Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
– A collaborative, high-energy, low-ego approach focused on producing standout creative.
– Strong conceptual thinking, writing ability, and experience building cross-platform campaigns spanning TV, CTV, digital, and social.
– A self-starter attitude with the ability to assemble polished creative presentations independently.
– Confidence presenting and selling work to clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
– Experience identifying and collaborating with paid influencers and UGC creators.
