Lightup Network Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is a telecommunications and internet service provider located in Frankfurt, Germany. Established in 1998, we have been in operation for over 25 years and currently manage various communication services with a fully remote, international team.
We prioritize security, service quality, and customer support – and are seeking assistance in the area of monitoring and proactive customer communication.

Responsibilities
– Monitor and evaluate communication processes using internal (partially AI-supported) tools
– Identify and assess unusual activity based on internal guidelines
– Reach out to customers proactively when further information or assistance is needed
– Communicate in a clear and empathetic manner to support customers in special situations
– Record and report activities for internal documentation and quality control

Requirements
– Fluency in German, English, and French (spoken and written)
– Strong communication skills, particularly via phone and email
– High level of accuracy, dependability, and responsibility
– Experience in customer service, call centers, or support is an advantage
– Basic knowledge of telecommunications or IT is a plus, but not required
– Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner from a home office

Conditions
– Freelance role (not an employment contract)
– Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
– Compensation: 1,000 EUR net per month
– Fully remote position
