Our Energetic Team
Energy Vault Solution, a division of Energy Vault, focuses on customer-centric energy storage products that combine Battery and Clean Hydrogen technologies. This team also develops and manages our AI/ML-driven software tools, including EMS, Lifecycle Management, and Energy Trading Platforms.
Your Role as a Graduate Project Manager – APAC
In this 6-month fixed-term role, you’ll support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure successful project execution.
Your Mission:
– Assist Senior Managers with planning, tracking, and documentation.
– Help prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
– Coordinate schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication.
– Conduct research and data analysis to support decisions.
– Maintain project records, logs, and documentation.
– Join project meetings and contribute to process improvements.
– Collaborate with project, legal, commercial, engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Your Background:
– Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
– 1–2 years of experience in project administration, ideally in large-scale engineering or renewable energy projects.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Effective written and verbal communication.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
– Eager to learn about project management.
– Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
– Passion for sustainability and our mission is a plus.
