Job Title: Intranet Designer

Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-focused Intranet Designer to become part of our expanding team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our sales team and clients to design, organize, and develop modern, user-friendly intranet sites using the MyHub platform.

You will play a key role in turning business requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Main Responsibilities

– Design and set up intranet sites using the MyHub platform
– Work with clients to understand their content needs, site structure, and branding preferences
– Tailor layouts, navigation, and visual elements to support organizational objectives
– Support content migration and help create initial content when needed
– Offer design guidance and best practices to enhance user experience and engagement
– Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations

Required Skills and Experience

– Demonstrated experience with content management systems (CMS) or intranet platforms
– Strong design abilities with a focus on layout, structure, and usability
– Excellent verbal and written communication in English
– Strong interpersonal and client collaboration skills
– Capable of managing multiple projects independently and meeting deadlines
– Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience with SaaS tools or website builders
– Understanding of corporate branding and internal communications
– Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus, though not mandatory
