• Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage credentialing, licensing, and enrollment, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
• Track expirations and ensure timely re‑credentialing, license renewals, and payer enrollments to keep providers fully active.

Onboarding & Offboarding
• Lead the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, training, credentialing, and system access for new providers.
• Manage offboarding to ensure appropriate closure of credentials, system access, and state licensure requirements.

• Maintain accurate, current, audit‑ready credentialing and licensing records.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, payer, and accreditation standards (such as NCQA, CMS, and state boards). Support audits, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Help improve processes to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Operational Reporting & Analysis
• Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards covering onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and provider productivity.
• Spot trends and provide insights to improve processes and the provider experience.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Clinical Operations, People Operations, and Business Operations to maintain alignment.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in provider operations and support training for junior team members and cross‑functional partners.

Special Projects
• Lead or support key initiatives to enhance provider operations systems, workflows, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Need
• Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in provider operations, credentialing, licensing, or healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (NCQA, CMS, payer enrollment).
• Ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EHR systems, Symplr, and data/reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating well across teams.
