Pay Range (based on experience): $90,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Location: Pacific Northwest region

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and implement strategies to enhance quality and service
– Develop proactive processes to detect issues and track corrective actions
– Ensure the Performance Improvement Program meets regulatory and policy standards
– Support the development and monitoring of internal quality metrics and initiatives
– Educate and assist clinical staff with quality improvement and assessment requirements (HIS and OASIS)
– Contribute to the creation and evaluation of best practices in Home Health and Hospice
– Supervise Quality, Clinical Review, and Coding teams (Hospice)
– Assist Clinical Managers in assessing clinician performance
– Develop and align policies and procedures with best practices and QAPI goals
– Train branch QA staff and collaborate with leadership on quality initiatives
– Facilitate staff learning through various methods
– Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

– Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program preferred
– Recent experience in clinical and management roles required
– Proven ability to lead and manage professional staff
– Familiarity with HCHB tasks related to quality and documentation
– Strong communication and observational skills
– Knowledge of State, CHAP, and Federal regulations for Hospice and/or Home Health

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year
