Clinical Operations at Curai

Our clinical team leverages AI-enhanced electronic health records to deliver both urgent and primary care. We are currently hiring Family Medicine Physicians who can treat both adults and children. As a 24/7 operation, we are looking for flexible providers to support our patients around the clock.

We are specifically seeking Family Medicine Physicians who hold multiple active state licenses.

Weekend Shift Physicians work three 12-hour shifts on either Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday.

What You’ll Do

As a Curai Physician, your day may include:

– Providing acute and urgent care through our live, text-based chat platform, including straightforward chronic care cases
– Spending 90% of your time on clinical work and 10% on administrative tasks such as meetings, product feedback, and quality improvement
– Diagnosing patients through detailed history-taking and offering evidence-based treatment plans
– Writing clear, concise visit notes that reflect strong clinical reasoning and care planning
– Completing documentation by the end of each encounter or shift
– Collaborating with AI tools in the EHR to enhance clinical decision-making
– Offering feedback to improve AI features and provider efficiency
– Staying current with EHR updates and ongoing training

What You’ll Need

– Board Certification in Family Medicine
– Prior experience with chat-based telemedicine is a plus
– Multiple active state licenses; IMLC participation is a bonus
– Clean medical record with no disciplinary actions
– At least 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with a focus on primary care and pediatrics
– Strong digital skills, fast and accurate typing, excellent grammar, and fluency in English
– Excellent communication skills for a professional and empathetic patient experience
– Spanish fluency is a plus
– Experience in healthcare startups is a plus

Compensation is based on experience, licensing, shift selection, and location, with an annual salary range of $245,000–$255,000.
