The Position:
Minted is hiring a Seasonal HR Coordinator to assist the Recruiting and HR teams with onboarding and offboarding our seasonal employees. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience by collaborating with Recruiting, HR, and other departments.
The position reports to the People Operations Generalist and works closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Seasonal Recruiters. It is a temporary, full-time role running from mid-September through the end of December.
Responsibilities:
– Manage remote onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with Recruiting, HR, Department Managers, and IT.
– Handle new hire and termination tasks, including email and Slack communications, background checks, workflow and HR system updates.
– Conduct virtual I-9 verifications via video calls during pre-onboarding.
– Lead remote new hire orientation sessions twice a week.
– Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related onboarding questions and resolve any onboarding issues.
– Collaborate with IT to ensure new hires receive necessary equipment before their start date.
– Maintain employee records and audit HR systems for accuracy in tracking employee data.

Qualifications:
– 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting or HR.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS (experience with Lever or Paylocity is a plus).
– Proficient in Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Compensation:
Minted offers competitive pay based on geographic location:
– Range 1 (non-SF CA, DC, NY): $27.59–$34.49/hr
– Range 2 (CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA): $25.49–$31.87/hr
– Range 3 (all other listed states): $23.39–$29.24/hr
