Where You Fit In
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant Director to join our APAC Sales team. You’re a hands-on technologist who enjoys working directly with customers and is passionate about driving growth in the APAC region.

With deep knowledge of CRM and customer experience solutions, along with a strong understanding of SugarCRM’s platform and capabilities, you’ll guide customers through their business goals, discovery, and solution design. You’ll lead the technical aspects of the sales process, showing how SugarCRM can deliver meaningful business results. As the go-to SugarCRM expert, you’ll support both internal teams and external partners. This role is hands-on and requires excellent communication, presentation, and technical integration skills, as well as close collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

This position follows a hybrid work model, with a minimum of three days per week in our Denver, Colorado office.

Your Impact in This Role

– Empower SugarCRM reseller partners with product knowledge and solution capabilities
– Lead pre-sales activities including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and handoff to delivery teams
– Clearly demonstrate SugarCRM’s value to potential customers
– Contribute to RFP and tender responses with product and technical insights
– Support internal, channel, and direct sales teams with product expertise
– Align SugarCRM’s platform features with customer business goals
– Advocate CRM best practices and SugarCRM’s flexibility
– Translate business needs into platform solutions
– Represent SugarCRM at industry events
– Assist with marketing efforts internally and externally
– Build and maintain partner relationships
– Help maintain sales tools and demo resources
– Collaborate with the training team to support partner enablement

What You Bring

– 5+ years in pre-sales or a similar role
– 3+ years of CRM experience
– Background in SaaS sales and solution configuration, with knowledge of technical architectures
– Proven success in pre-sales and executive-level customer engagement
– Strong understanding of enterprise business applications
– Experience with RFP and tender processes
– Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
– Team-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Comfortable working across time zones and traveling up to 50%

Preferred but Not Required

– Experience with marketing automation
– Familiarity with business analytics
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Salary Range: S$118,100 – S$133,817 annually (base salary)
Total compensation includes base salary plus commission based on ARR sales and varies with experience.
