Mom’s Meals, a top provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare industry, is experiencing rapid growth. The Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in picking, scanning, and packing parts of customer orders as they move along the line, ensuring safety and efficiency. This is a fast-paced role that requires working in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift.

The second shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

– Accurately pick, scan, and pack items for customer orders
– Follow strict safety, quality, and productivity guidelines
– Pay close attention to detail, such as reading labels and selecting correct products
– Meet established productivity and accuracy goals
– Consistently produce high-quality work
– Move products while following food safety and sanitation rules
– Help maintain cleanliness in the work area
– Work in a temperature-controlled warehouse (34-40°F); gloves are provided

Required Qualifications:

– Must be 18 years or older
– Able to stand and walk for 8–10 hours
– Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs occasionally
– Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
– Strong customer service mindset
– Team-oriented with good communication skills
– Able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Basic reading skills required
– Must pass a drug test and background check after a job offer

Preferred Qualifications:

– High school diploma or GED
– Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting

Physical Requirements:

– Frequent use of hands and arms to handle items and operate tools
– Regular standing, talking, and listening
– Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
– Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
– Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
– Able to perform repetitive tasks
– Comfortable working in varying temperatures (cold/hot)
