TeamSnap is looking for an Account Manager to build strong relationships with our Sports Organization customers, drive high retention, and promote growth through subscription upgrades and product upsells. The ideal candidate excels at B2B relationship management, uses a consultative sales approach, and enjoys collaborating to help the whole team succeed.

What You’ll Do
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and achieve retention and upsell targets.
• Run engagement campaigns to identify challenges, educate customers, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide demos of the TeamSnap platform to highlight the value of new products or add-ons.
• Follow up with accounts requesting more information or attending webinars to generate new opportunities.
• Use data analysis to create account plans, evaluate performance, guide strategy, and communicate outcomes.
• Lead a value-based sales process, identifying customer needs through deep discovery and tailored product demonstrations.
• Refine your sales tools and approach to maximize full-cycle conversion rates and close ratios.

What Will Help You Succeed
• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven success meeting sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings, sales gatherings, trade shows, and customer visits.
• Experience in the sports industry (preferred).

Compensation
We are committed to fair compensation for all employees. This role starts at an OTE of $65,000, including base and commissions. Compensation is adjusted based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Our pay is highly competitive within our industry.
Location
TeamSnap is fully remote, so you must be comfortable working across time zones. We’re expanding, but we currently do not hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or West Virginia. At this time, we can only hire permanent U.S. residents.
