We’re currently hiring multiple Account Executives to manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to post-campaign revenue—helping creators succeed while contributing to BackerKit’s growth. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll handle a mix of strategic and fast-paced deals while working toward ambitious goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact
– Manage the entire sales process, from outreach to post-campaign revenue, driving success for both creators and BackerKit.
– Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, balancing high-value opportunities with quicker wins.
– Apply a challenger sales approach to identify true goals, reframe challenges, and guide creators to better outcomes.
– Conduct effective discovery calls, engaging product demos, and clear proposals that highlight BackerKit’s value.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent, high-quality outreach.
– Stay organized in Salesforce, managing follow-ups and forecasts with accuracy.
– Advise creators on campaign strategies, challenging assumptions to help them build smarter, more effective campaigns.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and long-term success.
– Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative as priorities evolve and new opportunities arise.
– Continuously experiment, share insights, and help refine our sales strategies as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
– 3–7+ years of full-cycle sales experience; experience in SaaS, the creator economy, or consultative B2B sales is a plus.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
– Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to grow in a results-driven company.
– Familiarity with various sales methodologies, especially consultative or challenger approaches.
– Passion for prospecting, building pipelines, and managing outreach at scale.
– Ability to manage both long-term strategic deals and quick-turnaround opportunities.
– Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with accurate forecasting and deal management.
– Comfortable in a dynamic, data-driven startup environment and open to adapting strategies.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident presence in every interaction.
– Must be based in the U.S.

Compensation: $125,000 – $170,000 per year
We’re hiring multiple Account Executives at varying levels of experience. Base salaries range from $75,000 to $100,000, with total on-target earnings (OTE) between $125,000 and $170,000. Final offers will depend on experience, skills, and location.
