At Offchain Labs, we’re more than just a product company — we’re driving a movement. Our goal is to build a decentralized, secure, and transparent future powered by blockchain. We’re dedicated to pushing the limits of blockchain innovation while fostering a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity. We believe the potential of blockchain is boundless, and achieving that future means working with the brightest minds.
We’re seeking individuals who are both thinkers and doers — people who welcome challenges and are eager to break new ground. If you value transparency, trust, and decentralization, and if you’re curious, adaptable, and ready to challenge the norm, we want to hear from you.
Why join Offchain Labs?
Our team is focused on closing the gap between blockchain’s current capabilities and its future potential. Our leading product, Arbitrum One, is a top solution for scaling Ethereum and is trusted globally by developers, enterprises, and users. But we’re just getting started. We continue to innovate with tools like Arbitrum AnyTrust, Arbitrum Orbit, Stylus, BoLD, and Arbitrum Nitro. We also contribute to Ethereum’s core protocol through the Prysm consensus client.
After securing $3.8M in seed funding in 2019, followed by $20M in Series A and $100M in Series B funding in 2021, we’re expanding our team. We welcome individuals passionate about blockchain and skilled at solving problems from fresh perspectives to help shape the future of this fast-evolving space.
