As StackAdapt continues to grow, our Talent team is essential in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across all departments. We are currently seeking a Manager, Talent Business Partner to lead hiring efforts for our Sales teams. This individual will manage a team of 3–6 high-performing recruiters and support recruitment for some of our fastest-growing, high-priority teams. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape hiring strategies, mentor your team, and implement scalable recruitment processes aligned with our growth objectives.

What You’ll Do:
– Lead, mentor, and support a team of Talent Business Partners focused on Sales recruitment
– Act as a trusted advisor to leaders within the Sales organization
– Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance processes
– Collaborate with the People Team and Revenue department
– Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles, ensuring a great experience for candidates and stakeholders
– Apply creativity and curiosity to address hiring challenges and improve how we attract and evaluate top talent
What You’ll Bring:
– 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years managing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
– Proven success hiring for Sales or Commercial roles, ideally within AdTech or SaaS
– Strong process orientation and experience scaling recruitment operations
– Proficiency in using data and metrics to guide teams, inform decisions, and refine strategies
– Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and executives while balancing priorities
– A leadership style that puts people first
