About the Role

Ongoing Learning

– Training provided on all core tools and platforms

Ideal Candidate

– Strong written English communication skills (resume must be in English)
– Highly organized with fast typing and shortcut knowledge
– Preferred experience in global HR management
– Background in digital marketing, tech, or software is a plus

Experience

– Previous experience in roles like HR Specialist, HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Operations

Tech Stack Experience

– Familiarity with HRIS systems and global payroll platforms
– Comfortable using Skype, Google Meet, Zoom
– Proficient with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
– Experience with ATS platforms like Lever or similar

Responsibilities

– Assist with unemployment filings and compliance documentation (U.S. and international)
– Support HR Helpdesk with payroll, benefits, and deduction inquiries
– Learn and manage U.S. leave programs (FMLA, disability, etc.)
– Handle employment verifications
– Support employee incentive programs
– Organize mailing lists for company projects
– Help draft and edit internal communications
– Assist with onboarding global team members
– Support general office management and maintenance
– Source and engage candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Lever

Compensation

– Salary is negotiable based on experience
– Annual merit-based raises

Work Hours

We’re looking for team members who can overlap with our U.S. East Coast office hours (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week).

Asia-based team members (Philippines/Indonesia): 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM local time (3:30 AM – 12:00 PM EDT or 2:30 AM – 11:00 AM EST, depending on the season). A 30-minute break can be taken between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM local time.
