🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

– Redesigning and owning our affiliate program—platform, systems, and strategy
– Building a network of content-focused affiliates that align with our brand
– Creating inbound and outbound strategies to attract high-quality referrals
– Recruiting partners across SEO blogs, travel brands, deal sites, and influencers
– Collaborating with performance marketing, influencer, and SEO teams
– Using affiliate platforms like GoAffPro or Impact, and customizing as needed
– Tracking results and continuously optimizing for ROI

📈 What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

– A scalable, ethical, and engaging affiliate program is up and running
– High-quality, content-rich affiliates are driving valuable traffic
– Clear systems and processes are in place to grow the channel
– A solid foundation is laid for long-term inbound affiliate growth

🔧 What You’ll Bring to the Table

– 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, or travel)
– Experience building full programs—not just managing discount codes
– Strong skills in cold outreach and partner relationship management
– Strategic mindset with a focus on turning affiliates into brand advocates
– A passion for great content and scaling it effectively
– A fast-moving, ownership-driven approach that thrives in a lean team
