Compensation:
– Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $30, depending on your role and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
– Annotate in-game content such as dialogue, quests, and character interactions.
– Maintain accuracy and consistency to enhance the player experience.
– Contribute to world-building, character development, plot creation, and personality profiling.
– Evaluate and annotate AI responses to improve dialogue quality and user engagement.
– Collaborate with research and product teams to advance large language models.

About You:
– Passionate about gaming, especially narrative-driven games.
– Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
– Able to follow and apply complex guidelines consistently.
– Communicates effectively and is open to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Background or experience in areas such as:
– Storytelling, creative writing, or content creation
– Media, film, or narrative design
– Performing arts, voice acting, or expressive communication
– Marketing, communications, or audience engagement
– Psychology, philosophy, or other human behavior disciplines
– STEM fields with a focus on clarity and structure
– Experience with AI/ML concepts, data analysis, or data reporting is a plus.
