We’ve built a strong following on Amazon with 13 successful SKUs, and with five new product launches coming this year, we’re entering a period of accelerated growth. We’re now seeking a skilled Operations Manager to help take us to the next stage.

About the Role
We need a proactive, results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Amazon FBA business. You’ll independently resolve challenges, streamline supply‑chain processes, ensure full compliance with Amazon requirements, and consistently look for ways to cut costs and boost performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain, Shipping & Logistics
• Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to maintain ideal stock levels, avoid stockouts or overstocking, and manage products with expiration dates.
• Identify and evaluate cost-efficient logistics partners across manufacturing, shipping, and warehousing.
• Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders from production to delivery, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Keep accurate records of expenses and invoices.

Inventory Management
• Actively monitor stock levels across Amazon and 3PL warehouses to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain up-to-date visibility of inventory for all SKUs across AWD and 3PL locations.
• Regularly update COGS with all related expenses to ensure costs stay within targets.
• Review storage invoices to avoid unnecessary charges.
• Track expiration dates, rotate inventory, and minimize waste to prevent listing issues.
• Monitor Amazon removals and file reimbursements or disputes when needed.

Amazon Seller Central Management & Compliance
• Protect Account Health and ensure full adherence to Amazon policies.
• Review Account Health frequently and address issues before they escalate.
• Resolve support cases promptly, including listing suspensions, ASIN violations, and FBA inventory discrepancies.
• Manage product compliance for dietary supplements, including third‑party testing and documentation required by Amazon.
• Ensure Subscribe & Save discounts and Brand Tailored Coupons remain active.
• Submit and manage claims for lost inventory, incorrect fees, or other Amazon errors.
• Handle customer messages and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Manage all communication with Amazon Support.

Business Operations & Leadership
• Develop and document SOPs to create efficient, repeatable processes.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements or automation.
• Work closely with the CEO to translate strategic goals into action and demonstrate strong ownership and accountability.

Working Hours
This is a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week role, with core hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EET (UTC+2).

We conduct thorough reference checks as part of our hiring process.

About You
• Operations & Supply Chain: Strong experience managing suppliers and logistics. Familiarity with Asian manufacturers and Far East imports is required. You must fully take over the supply chain within your first four weeks.
• Operations Manager Experience: Preferably several years in a similar Amazon operations role with measurable success.
• Amazon Experience: At least three years managing an Amazon FBA account. Experience with supplements or compliance-heavy categories is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: You excel at managing timelines, metrics, and workflows.
• Leader & Problem Solver: You take initiative, can delegate, and make decisions independently. KPI-focused management is essential.
• Excellent Communicator: Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable communicating via Slack, email, and Zoom.
