Mission:
Lead the complete test strategy and execution process to ensure every release meets functional and non-functional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain test plans, traceability, and entry/exit criteria.
• Create and run manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Work closely with teams on shared test suites, such as API tests in Postman and automation script reviews.
• Integrate and oversee tests within CI/CD pipelines using a shift-left approach.
• Coordinate test data and environments with DevOps and manage fixtures and stubs.
• Document clear, reproducible defect reports and support triage efforts.
• Deliver test outcomes and release readiness updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with any automation framework (Playwright/JavaScript strongly preferred). Automation experience is essential.
• Hands-on manual testing experience with databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation.
• Understanding of the testing pyramid and test types, including Smoke, UI, API, Regression, and Accessibility.
• Knowledge of QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum workflows.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and Continuous Validation pipelines.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and presentations.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency for working with our client and multicultural team.

Nice-to-have Skills:
• Experience using JMeter for load and performance testing.
• Ability to set up initial automation projects.
• Experience working on database automation initiatives.
