Why This Role Matters

The Senior Analyst will be part of the Customer Insights team at a rapidly growing Population Health and Analytics software company. Reporting to the Customer Insights Manager, this role focuses on delivering high-impact analytics and reporting for Arcadia’s clients.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data and wants to make a meaningful impact. Ideal candidates are data-driven decision-makers who are enthusiastic about transforming healthcare for millions of patients. You’ll use your healthcare and business intelligence knowledge to help clients maximize the value of their data.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 Months:

– Understand Arcadia’s data model, ingestion processes, and GA Options
– Learn the team’s analytics tools (SQL, Redshift, QuickSight)
– Become familiar with your primary client’s reporting needs
– Integrate with your core team

In 6 Months:

– Deliver valuable reports to clients
– Offer technical healthcare expertise and guidance
– Contribute innovative ideas to analytics product development

In 12 Months:

– Continue supporting your core client while expanding to others
– Serve as a subject matter expert on Arcadia’s analytics tools
– Manage multiple client projects and deliver insightful reports on time

What You’ll Do

– Build data models to monitor Behavioral Health performance at a population level
– Create client-facing dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
– Assist with project management, planning, and analytics product development
– Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists

What You’ll Bring

– 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics
– Knowledge of medical economics and quality metrics
– Ability to translate client goals into actionable deliverables
– Experience working with claims data
– Skilled in managing complex analytics projects and timelines
– Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
– Experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
– A keen eye for detail, willingness to learn, and creative problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

– Experience with government agencies or behavioral health providers
– Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
– Familiarity with healthcare quality measure specifications
– Experience with AWS and writing Athena queries
– Advanced SQL or programming skills (Python, R)
– Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
– Background in statistical modeling or machine learning
